Meet the Team

Ted Jones has been with K-D Lamp for 17 years. During that time he has been involved with all aspects of K-D Lamp’s business from production, quality control, engineering to regulations for vehicle lighting.  He is currently focusing on sales generation and product development for K-D Lamp. Ted brings a variety of skills and experiences to the K-D Lamp team.

Before joining K-D Lamp, Ted earned a Bachelor of Science degree and has taken numerous post-graduate courses. He was an educator, ran a successful business for a number of years, a shift manager for a large injection molding and finishing company, and also was a financial advisor to small business owners.

Mayme has worked for K-D Lamp since 2005. She started as an assistant to the general manager and advanced into manager of customer service and inside sales. She has an excellent knowledge of the K-D Lamp product line and enjoys helping customers find the right products to fit their needs. She is currently involved in quoting, scheduling, and processing orders for customers.  

Before joining K-D Lamp Company, Mayme and her husband owned and operated their own business. During her time away from work, Mayme loves spending time with her family. 

Keith has worked for K-D Lamp since March 2021. Keith started in production, transferred into quality, then receiving, finally being promoted to Purchasing and Receiving Manager.  His focus is to ensure ordering and receiving parts/supplies are handled in a timely manner, to maintain efficient production.

 A veteran, served 4 years in the US Army as a Signal Support Systems Specialist. Keith enjoys spending time with his children and choses to set a good example for their future.

Jason has been with K-D Lamp for 8 years.  One year as a shipping department material handler. Two years as the shipping department clerk and 5 years in his current role as shipping department manager. With a thorough knowledge of our products and customer specific requirements, Jason and his shipping department provide accurate and on time delivery. In Jason’s spare time he enjoys hunting and fishing, spending time with his wife and playing with their dog, “Odie”.

Tanis has been with K-D Lamp since 2007.  Working her way from production technician, to lead, then supervisor, finally being promoted to Production Manager. Tanis understands what is required to provide solid and quality parts.  Tanis audits parts for customer specification and excellent quality.  In her spare time, Tanis enjoys quality time with her family and showing her Belgian Draft horses, at fairs and other events.

John has been with K-D Lamp since July 2018. His responsibilities include building communication networks, safeguarding data and information, and troubleshooting computer problems. John is constantly looking for ways to improve K-D Lamps informational infrastructure. A veteran, serving 6 years in the US Navy as a quartermaster on the USS Birmingham 695, John navigated the oceans. John enjoys gardening, binging watching Netflix at times, fishing, and gaming.

Ray has over 20 years in the accounting department of ATC Group of companies including K-D Lamp. Ray oversees the overall financial records of K-D Lamp. He assists with sales, customer service, engineering, administration and compliance.  With a B.A in accounting form Baldwin-Wallace College, Ray is experienced in making sound financial decisions. Ray is a fan of all Cleveland Sports teams, including Guardians, Browns, and the Monsters.
